Haircare isn’t one-size-fits-all. Why should our hair appointments be?

We’ve updated our online booking to include even more options so you can customize a hair appointment that is just as unique as you are and perfectly tailored for your individual hair needs while ensuring there is enough time to provide the excellent quality of service you so deserve. 

Let’s take a quick look at them!


When booking an appointment online, you’ll first select the location you’d like to visit. Then you’ll see the services. For this example, let’s book a Haircut. Clicking on the Haircut service option will bring up all the different haircut services we offer, as well as the different level of stylists we offer them with (Stylist vs Lead Stylist). Select the option that fits your needs—in the video, we’ve selected a Haircut with Stylist—and then you’ll see a few additional options designed to create a haircare appointment that is truly your own.

If you’re an existing client, you may already be familiar with some of these and know what your hair requires, but for new clients (and since we’ve added a few more), let’s break them down! In the first section, you’ll be required to choose at least one answer but be sure to select all that apply to you to make sure your appointment is booked with the correct amount of time.

Long Hair: Your hair is considered long if the length is below your chest. 

Thick Hair: Your hair is considered thick if you can wrap a hair elastic only once around your ponytail.

Not Long or Thick: If neither of the above applies to you, select this option.

New Client: If this is your first time visiting our salon (or if it’s been a few years since you were last in!), this option allows us time for a thorough consultation to get to know you and your hair history. (Offered at no additional charge.)

New Look: Ready for a different style? Let’s ensure we have the time to fully bring your vision to life!

Additional Time Needed: This option is the one for you if your hair historically takes extra time to complete, or if you know you will need extra time during this particular service because you have a lot of buildup in your hair and would like a deep clean on your shampoo. If you aren’t sure what will be required, you can also call the salon to discuss further!

These customizations are in addition to others that we previously offered, including our Silent and Mirrorless service options and Deep Treatment and Mini Keratin add-ons, which you’ll find listed after telling us more about your hair. Simply scroll through the list and see which ones sound good to you, and then hit continue to move on to the next step of your booking experience. Easy peasy!

P.S. While the example above is for a Haircut service, we’ve updated the online booking with new add-ons for most of our services to help clients schedule the best appointment! Each list of add-ons is slightly different depending on what is relevant for the type of service, so be sure to give them a thorough read-through to select the ones that meet your needs.
