Her advice for aspiring salon owners and those already in the industry? “A lot of people want the splash... like the performance, because they’re afraid to just do little things, and honestly, the major change in the world comes from the little things. That splash, it disappears. Put yourself out there, don’t be afraid, because the smallest little change will absolutely change someone’s life.”
