(After all, NO ONE likes booking an appointment only to realize the day of that they need something completely different. 😩)

Q: What is a Hair Design Consultation?
A: A Hair Design Consultation is an appointment that offers dedicated time to chat with your stylist about your hair goals, whether that be for a cut, color, or other type of service we offer. You can ask as many questions as you’d like, and your stylist will be able to offer realistic ideas of what is achievable, how long it will take, and what the estimated cost will be.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Hair Design Consultations are completely free of charge!
Q: When should I schedule one?
A: You should schedule a Hair Design Consultation anytime you’re looking to make a big change. This is especially important when it comes to color services where you are trying to go lighter from dark color-treated hair or if you have dyed your hair at home. Some of our services, such as Keratin Treatments, Perms, Hair Extensions, and Detangling also require a consultation prior to booking.
Q: What should I bring?
A: An open mind and inspo photos (at least three)! Try and find photos that feature different angles and your hair type—we can always interpret the style you’re after and modify it to work for you, but photos falling into these guidelines will really help your stylists nail the look.
