Q: Tell us about yourself!
A: I’m 22, I’m from Salem, and I’ve been doing hair for two and a half years. When I’m not in the salon, I’m most likely to be hanging out with friends and family or doing something outdoors like hiking or kayaking.
Q: What inspired you to become a hairstylist?
A: I’ve always enjoyed art and doing hair feels like doing art every day.
Q: Tell us the styles and trends that have you the most excited right now?
A: The trends I’m excited about are bangs/curtain bangs and calico hair.
Q: What is currently your fave KEVIN.MURPHY product and why do you love it?
A: Probably BEDROOM.HAIR because it adds lots of texture but doesn’t leave a weird feeling in the hair.
Q: Tell us about a favorite feel-good moment you’ve had behind the chair.
A: When a client came in and thought her hair was ruined and would have to be cut off, but I was able to fix what was previously done without having to cut it all. She was so happy and you could tell she felt beautiful again. It was so nice being able to do that for her.
Q: Current go-to show to binge?
A: Probably Grey’s Anatomy because it’s so trashy and there’s, like, a million seasons.
Q: Let’s talk about your schedule. When can clients book with you?
A: They can book now! I will be available in all Portland locations, primarily Multnomah Village and Fremont.
