What you’ll need:
-Straightener
-Separating clip
-Comb
-KEVIN.MURPHY TOUCHABLE
-Cute Clip (optional, but why not? Live a little.)
1. We’re gonna start at the front, in the bang area. Taking small sections of hair at a time (this is where the separator clip comes in handy), straighten towards your face. (Check out the video for a cool comb technique!) Stop when you reach the line over your ears.
2. Then get the long lushies (aka the “party” part of the mullet). These you will straighten straight down, as you would expect.
3. They may be referred to as the “business” part of the deal, but that doesn’t mean they can’t have a little fun. Let’s get the short pieces behind your ear-line. You’ll straighten these babes out and up towards the ceiling. #raisetheroof
4. Now grab your hairspray. TOUCHABLE is great because it holds while still allowing you to play with your hair. Plus, it offers long-lasting drama, which we love. Spritz around and zhuzh. Don’t be afraid to get a little wild with it. Mullets are not for the faint of heart. (Hot tip alert: to better sculpt your bangs, spray a bit of TOUCHABLE onto your finger tips and run them along the edges!)
5. Grab a super qt clip and pin your bangs back and out of your face. Yes, you are the MySpace dream scene, and it is freaking perfect.
