We didn’t either, but now that we’re aware, you KNOW we’re gonna use this opportunity to positively GUSH about our HVAC system (and give another huge thanks to Betsy, owner of Harper Construction and Renovation, LLC, who made this HVAC perfection possible).
Our systems use a patented technology known as ActivePure (declared Certified Space Technology by the Space Foundation, because it is based on a concept developed for cleaning the air during space travel in cooperation with NASA and is one of only 75 technologies that have been inducted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame in the past 30 years), which actively scrubs and purifies the air in the salon by sending disinfecting molecules into a room to remove a wide range of pathogens—including bacteria, viruses, and mold spores—in the air and on surfaces. So basically, we are breathing hospital-level clean air up in this business, only thanks to our avid use of KEVIN.MURPHY products, it smells a whole lot better. AND it does this all while maintaining a low carbon footprint (most units use about as much energy as a lightbulb!).
