Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: For products purchased in a Ginger & Maude salon, simply bring them back to the same location they were bought from within 30 days of purchase.
If you purchased your product in our online store, returns can be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Head to our FAQ page to request a return shipping label and send the product back using the original packaging. A couple things to note here:

  • Tools such as curling irons and hair brushes may not qualify for return, so be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for details.
  • ​​​​​​​Shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded unless your package was incorrectly shipped or damaged.

Regardless of where they were purchased, returned items should be either unopened or only lightly used.
