We've all had that moment when we KNOW we have a haircut coming up, but we just CANNOT remember when it's supposed to be happening. And can we all agree that there is little more frustrating than wanting a simple answer and having no idea of how to find it? Yes, we can.
Now that we’ve settled that, we wanted to offer a quick breakdown on how you can easily access your client portal online to view or change your upcoming appointments, because we love you and we don’t want your life to be frustrating.
-First things first—no more passwords. Gone are the days of rapidly typing in random variations of the last password you remember using, hoping that one of them finally takes. Simply locate any text or email appointment confirmation you’ve received from Ginger & Maude in the last six months, scroll to the bottom, and click the link provided where it says, “Click here to cancel or reschedule.”
-Voilà!—like the flick of a magic wand, you’ll find yourself looking at your Ginger & Maude client portal homepage if you clicked the link through email and the details of your next scheduled appointment (including the address!) if you clicked the link through text.
-If you’re on the appointment details, click the arrow button in the top left-hand corner to get back to your homepage. Here, you will see buttons to book an appointment, call or text the salon, and visit our website. Scroll down a bit, and you’ll see ALL of your upcoming appointments, as well as options to view the details, reschedule, or cancel each one, if needed. (Know before you go: If you’d like to reschedule, the system will prompt you to cancel your current appointment and then schedule a new one, which can be done online by following the link or over the phone.)
