- Introductory Call
The fun part starts! Here's where we introduce ourselves and get to know each other. If it looks like we're a good, success-driven fit, we'll move on to the next step.
- Franchise Application
We'll ask you to complete a short application form, so that we have all the information needed to determine the award of a franchise contract.
- FDD
Upon application approval, we will share our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), an official and detailed document that covers all aspects of the franchise. This is important stuff, so we ask that you take a minimum of two weeks for review.
- Discovery Day
Roll out the red carpet! Discovery Day is an opportunity for you to meet our Founder and our executive team and to tour at least one of our original salon locations in Portland, Oregon.
- Contract Signing
If both you and our executive team agree, the next step is to sign the Franchise Agreement! After that, it's time to really dig in...
- Preparing for the Grand Opening
We will be guiding you step by step through the process of opening your salon location, including counseling on site selection, staff training, and more. The estimated time to complete this phase of the process 6-9 months.
- After the Grand Opening
After your Ginger & Maude® salon is open, we will remain your partners. You will have continued access to Ginger & Maude brand resources and will benefit from being a crucial part of our brand, franchise system and community.
